The headquarters of Deshi Group and Gran Duo Production Base are located in Shenfu New Town, Dongling District (Hunnan New District), Shenyang City. This project is a key project in Shenyang (Certificate No. 264). The construction period of the project is 48 months and it is planned to be constructed in two phases. The first phase of the project covers an area of 174492 square meters (about 262 mu), with a planned investment of 0.32 billion yuan. It is planned to be completed in November 2014 and put into operation in March 2015. The main construction contents of the first phase of the project include ice cream production workshop, staff dormitory, canteen, office building, cold storage and its affiliated refrigeration room, substation, sewage treatment station, comprehensive warehouse and other supporting facilities.
After the project is completed and put into production, it will become a first-class modern cold drink production base in China, providing 700 jobs. There will be a circular visiting corridor in the workshop; the green area of the park is 15500 square meters, which will be designed and constructed by the famous domestic park landscape design company; the high-standard sewage treatment station will be constructed according to the national I-level emission standard; the park lighting will adopt the environmental protection and energy-saving solar lighting system; the staff dormitory will be configured according to the independent bathroom standard ...... After the completion of the overall project, it will become a national AAA-level national industrial tourist attraction, let more consumers walk into Deshi more closely, understand Deshi, and then increase the brand influence of Deshi enterprises and the competitiveness in the field of cold drinks!
